Your development environment needs to support modern AR frameworks and mobile device connectivity.
Windows 10/11 (64-bit) or macOS 10.15+
Linux Ubuntu 18.04+ (advanced users) -
Hardware Specifications
AR development requires decent processing power and graphics capabilities for smooth workflow.
8GB RAM minimum (16GB recommended)
Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 or better
Dedicated graphics card preferred
50GB free storage space -
Mobile Device
You'll need a compatible smartphone or tablet for testing your AR applications during development.
iOS 12+ (iPhone 6s or newer)
Android 7.0+ with ARCore support
USB cable for device connection -
Development Tools
We'll guide you through installing these during the first weeks of our program.
Unity 2022.3 LTS or newer
Android Studio or Xcode
Git for version control
Text editor (VS Code recommended)
